Wedding Q & A – Should My Wedding Cake Match My Dress?

Q. – Should my wedding cake match my dress or will that be too much?

A. – As long as your cake looks like a cake and not a mini person in a wedding gown it should be fine.

Unique embellishments, like beading, lace, or ruffles, look beautiful on a wedding cake, as do mini rosettes and appliques.

However your wedding cake doesn’t have to match your dress if you don’t want it to.
