Since I had no idea what items they were going to send, it was like opening a present on my birthday. What could be inside?

A little whimsical, a little vintage-y this bottle opener is something your guests are sure to get use out of and appreciate. Designed like an antique key, this bottle opener is made of nice, sturdy metal (not flimsy at all). You can leave it in its packaging, or take them out, attach a tag with your guests’ name(s) and table # and use them for your escort cards.
All In Deck of Cards
Share your love of a game of Solitaire or Euchre (or whatever you like to play – Go Fish anyone?) with a deck of playing cards. Unlike some new decks of cards which can stick to each other until they’ve been used a while, these are very smooth which makes shuffling and dealing a breeze (sticky cards are no fun).
The “All In” deck has a romantic gold-printed heart design on the backs of the cards. Pretty, but not frou-frou.
Tie the Knot Wine Bottle Stopper
Perfect for the wine lovers out there. The silver heart with a trinity knot design will look good in anyone’s home, and is a lovely reminder of the love shared on your wedding day. These have got to be the cutest thing I have ever seen! Who can resist little bears giving each other a (bear) hug?
“Why give someone salt and pepper shakers, don’t they already have a pair,” you ask? Believe it or not, more than one set of salt and pepper shakers comes in handy. (I keep a set on the stove, and another on the kitchen table).
The Bear Hug Salt & Pepper Shakers are so adorable, your guests are sure to happily take them home and use them too. The little stoppers on the bottom are easy to remove for filling the shakers, and hold a good seal (no leaking any salt or pepper). They’re not very big, but they’re the perfect size for a wedding favor.
Mini Magnet Back Aluminum Heart Photo Frames
These mini picture frames are so pretty with the little heart shape cut out. So romantic. You can insert an engagement or other photo of you and your fiancé and use them as wedding favors – a box of three for each person or couple or one mini frame per person. This would also be a cute alternative for a Save-The-Date card or as a seating chart for a wedding with a modern-chic motif.
Cheers Corkscrew
It looks like a mini bottle of red wine, but is a cork screw. Clever.
It’s actually easier to use than a typical corkscrew as it goes straight down the center of the cork without you having to aim or tilt it. If you’re like me when using a typical corkscrew, you start inserting the corkscrew, then pull it back out because it’s going in crooked. (Sometimes chunks of cork come off too. Not pretty). Since the Cheers Corkscrew is automatically aimed for the center of the cork, this eliminates having to start over as well as the possibility of getting broken pieces.
Also, with a traditional corkscrew you have to insert in into the cork, then pull it out. The Cheers Corkscrew does this in one step, pulling out the cork at the same time.
And it looks good on the kitchen counter.
My husband’s comments? “Pretty slick!” and “Awesome!”
